Istanbul, Türkiye – 28 May 2025 – The MENA Fintech Association (MFTA) is proud to announce the official launch of its Türkiye Chapter, marking a major step forward in its mission to unite fintech ecosystems across the MENA region and beyond. The launch is being spearheaded in partnership with Insha Ventures, the innovation powerhouse backed by Albaraka Türk, and a leading venture studio driving fintech growth in Türkiye.
The Türkiye Chapter will be co-led by Hasan Sami Bayansar, CEO of Insha Ventures, with a second Co-Chair to be announced soon to ensure gender-inclusive leadership.
The launch sets the foundation for:
- Cross-border fintech collaboration
- Knowledge exchange and policy dialogue
- Acceleration of Islamic and ethical finance innovation
- Local startup exposure to regional and global markets
