We are delighted to announce a new strategic collaboration with the Government Blockchain Association (GBA), connecting the MENA region to one of the most influential conversations on the future of money, governance, and the law.
GBA brings together government leaders, regulators, financial institutions, and technology innovators to explore how AI, blockchain, quantum technologies, digital assets, and tokenization are reshaping global finance. It is the creator of the Blockchain Maturity Model, hosts a Dynamic Coalition within the United Nations Internet Governance Forum, and counts members across more than 500 government offices worldwide.
Through this collaboration, MFTA’s network of banks, regulators, startups, and investors gains direct access to GBA’s flagship program, The Future of Money, Governance, and the Law (FoMGL) 2026. The multi-city series runs from September 29 to October 2 across Washington, DC and New York City, with engagement on Capitol Hill, a conference at the National Press Club, and a fintech summit at the United Nations building in New York.
The alliance strengthens our global reach and opens a direct channel between MENA’s fintech leaders and the policymakers and institutions shaping digital finance in the United States and beyond. It also creates new opportunities for regional delegations to bring their work in digital payments, open banking, and tokenization to a global audience.
We look forward to advancing blockchain adoption and financial transformation together.
