Policy & Advocacy

Working
Groups

From payments and digital assets to regulation, emerging technologies, and the future of financial services, MFTA’s eight specialized working groups span the full spectrum of fintech and financial innovation across MENA. Powered by the collective expertise of leading practitioners, policymakers, and institutions, they turn industry knowledge into the policies, standards, and frameworks shaping the region’s financial future.

Our Approach

Where Expertise Meets Policy

Each working group is chaired by senior member representatives and supported by MFTA's policy team. Several groups are structured into dedicated subcommittees or pillars addressing specific areas of focus.

Membership in a working group is open to all MFTA members at Corporate tier and above. Associate members may attend as observers.
