Citi has rolled out its advanced artificial intelligence (AI) tools across its operations in the United Arab Emirates and the wider Middle East and Africa (MEA), underscoring the bank’s commitment to innovation, digital transformation, and client service excellence.

Citi’s AI solutions are now accessible to approximately 175,000 employees across 80 jurisdictions, with strong emphasis on the Middle East and Africa, where the tools have already been deployed in over 20 jurisdictions.
