MoneyHash, a leading payment orchestration platform, has partnered with WalaOne, a multi-partner digital loyalty wallet in Saudi Arabia, to enable merchants to integrate loyalty and rewards through a single unified infrastructure.
The partnership connects MoneyHash’s orchestration layer with WalaOne’s wallet, which aggregates loyalty points from multiple programmes into one system. Through MoneyHash’s unified API, merchants can now activate WalaOne just as they would connect payment gateways, digital wallets, or BNPL providers—without the need for separate integrations, contracts, or added development work.
WalaOne users can earn points across different merchants and redeem them for rewards, discounts, gift cards, airline miles, or purchase credits. By embedding this functionality at the orchestration layer, MoneyHash allows businesses to launch and scale loyalty initiatives faster and more efficiently.
Abdullah El Khayat, GM and Country Director of Saudi Arabia at MoneyHash, said:
“At MoneyHash, we are building an ecosystem that gives merchants flexible access to top market solutions, and adding WalaOne strengthens this direction and brings new value to the customer experience.”
Obadah Khaled, Head of Business Unit at WalaOne, added:
“Partnering with MoneyHash helps us expand that value to a wider ecosystem, enabling businesses to integrate loyalty seamlessly and focus on better engagement rather than technical integration.”
Saudi consumers are among the most engaged users of loyalty programmes in the region, with rewards heavily influencing spending and repeat purchases. However, technical complexity and fragmented systems have slowed adoption among merchants.
By integrating WalaOne directly into MoneyHash’s platform, businesses in Saudi Arabia can now activate loyalty features without restructuring their systems—making loyalty an outcome of infrastructure, not an additional product build.
