Numou<\/a>, a subsidiary of ADGM<\/a>, has launched Procurement Financing, a new initiative aimed at helping SMEs with government or corporate contracts access funding.<\/p>\n

The solution links confirmed contract demand with financing via Numou\u2019s digital platform, addressing the funding gap SMEs often face when executing government contracts.<\/p>\n

The programme allows SMEs to secure funding while enabling lenders to assess businesses based on confirmed contracts.<\/p>\n

Numou\u2019s digital lending marketplace includes fintech lenders such as CredibleX<\/a>, Erad<\/a>, Klubwork, Ahbi, Zelo<\/a> and FlapKap<\/a>, alongside government programmes like the Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development\u2019s Abu Dhabi SME Champions Program.<\/p>\n

Mohamed Al Binali, General Manager of Numou, said:<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Procurement Financing initiative aims to ensure that small businesses with government or corporate contracts no longer run into cash flow issues, empowering them to deliver immediately.”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The SME Data Warehouse will aggregate data from government entities, corporate partners and financial institutions, providing lenders with real-time insights and reducing reliance on traditional collateral and financial statements.<\/p>\n

The platform is intended to support more efficient, data-driven credit decisions and strengthen the UAE\u2019s SME ecosystem.<\/p>\n

By linking financing directly to contractual opportunities, Numou aims to provide a more data-driven approach to SME lending, supporting economic diversification and private sector resilience in the UAE.<\/p>\n
